はい！父がぼくを愛していることはわかっています。でも結局、ぼくの情熱があるのはコメデイーです、そしてぼくは自分の情熱に従わなければなりません。ある賢人がかつて言っていました、「他人の夢を実現して何とする？」と。 自分の夢を実現しなさい。
ええと・・わかりません。でも、その人は明らかに賢いです。

I know~, but …(~はわかっている、でも・・)は相手を説得するときの言い回し。
in the end …(でも結局は、最終的には)は最終的な結果や決断を言う時に用いると効果的。
where my passion liesは関係副詞の節でwhereの先行詞（the placeなど）が省略された形です。「～するところ」くらいの意味にとるといいでしょう。
