work on my conversational skills

Well, my name is K that stands for Kazuhisa.
I am still quite the Japanese voice.
I've been studying definitely over a decade.
Um, I don't always like to tell people that because it makes me feel old.
I travel in different countries.
So, I'd like to work on my conversational skills here.
There are just not enough materials for intermediates.
I hope to create some new vocabulary, advanced phases and expressions that maybe only native speakers use or say, that we don't see in textbook.

Trump is second US president in history to win a non-consecutive second term

Donald Trump has become the second US president in history to secure a non-consecutive second term.

The last person to do so was Grover Cleveland, who was in the White House from 1885-1889 and then again in 1893-1897.

London mayor pledges 'our city is, and will always be, for everyone'

London mayor Sadiq Khan has shared a post in the wake of Trump's victory that did not congratulate the next president.

An important reminder today for Londoners: our city is - and will always be - for everyone.

We will always be pro-women, pro-diversity, pro-climate and pro-human rights.

These are some of the values that will continue to bind us together as Londoners.

What is Project 2025 and how is it linked to Trump?

Supporters watch returns at a campaign election night watch party for Republican presidential nominee former Donald Trump at the Palm Beach Convention Center.

As Donald Trump is declared next US president race, a set of conservative policy proposals known as 'Project 2025', which has become a lightning rod for his opponents, has been thrust into the spotlight once again.

To its critics, Project 2025 - a set of conservative policy proposals set out in a 920-page document last year - is a blueprint for a dystopian future compared by some to the Handmaid's Tale. To its proponents, it's a framework of how to "restore the country" and make the White House more friendly to right-wing thinking.

US election live: Donald Trump beats Kamala Harris in remarkable presidential comeback

Donald Trump has been declared the next US President after securing more than 270 electoral college votes.

On Wednesday morning, shortly after 10.30am U.K. time, the Associated Press declared Trump had won the swing state of Wisconsin, taking his tally to 277 electoral votes. He will become the first convicted felon to hold office.

Earlier, a jubilant Trump appeared on stage in Florida to claim victory saying "America has given us an unprecedented and powerful mandate".

Keir Starmer has already tweeted his congratulations, saying: "I look forward to working with you in the years ahead."

Outside of the US presidential race, Republicans have won the US Seante - winning control of the chamber for the first time in four years.
