COUGH

I had uncontrollable bouts of coughing. 

I tried not to cough, but I just couldn't stop.

Well, those things happen. よくあることだよ。

Here comes my sneeze. くしゃみが出る

I can't stop sneezing/my sneeze.  くしゃみが止まらない

RUNNY NOSE

I (still) have a runny nose. 

I am running out of tissues. ティッシュがなくなりそうです。
