Good evening, folks. This is Gary Keller. Here we are in February. The temperature will drop to record levels, so please stay inside as much as you can. If you do go out, wear snowshoes, as the roads are icy.
The good news is that February is short, so once we get past it, the snow will start melting, and the day will become warmer.　Hang in there, be tough, and take care.

「～（何かよくないこと）が起こりますよ」という警告や注意はwill（～でしょう）を使って表現し、さらに…., so please…（だから～してください）とつづけると何をしたらよいかを加えて親切です。
もし本当に外出するならば、スノーシューズをはいてください、道路が凍っていますから。

このようなあまり現実的でない状況を想定するときはifを使い、さらに動詞の前にdoをおき「do＋動詞の原形」の形にすると、「もし本当に（実際に）～ならば」という動作を強調した言い方になります。

Very cold. In January the average low temperature is minus 14 degree Celsius. And in February it’s -11 degrees.
Wow, that cold?
Yes, and once you are at the wind, it feels even colder.
When the wind hit your face, it’s like getting hit with the ice.
Sound painful.
It is. That’s why when I went side in the winter, I covered everything except my eyes and nose. So I could see in a breeze.
