Legality of Cannabis

I was just curious something about Canada.

As we all know, recreational marijuana has been legalized that have a big impact on me. Could you share your opinion on about how many people in Canada smoke weed?

American sprinter Sha' Carri Richardson could miss the TOKYO2020 at the end of last month after testing positive for cannabis.

She said cannabis is medicine. There is no reason why athletes should still have to adhere to these rules.
