Your body's ability to fight a sickness. For example, When I was pregnant, I had a lower immune system. This is common for everyone who is pregnant. Your body is creating a baby, so your ability to fight illness is lower. You're more likely to ger sick while you're pregnant because your immune system is not as strong. So usually you need to boost your immune system by taking extra vitamins, making sure that you're staying healthy all of those things. Let's see how I use this in the conversation.
